I am a twenty-something California medical professional with an insatiable wanderlust. My travel bucket-list is long, but I am committed to not only ticking off each place on this ever-growing saga, but doing each place justice. I have a penchant for difficult to reach places. If it’s a mere direct flight to get there, I’m rarely interested — I find that the more difficult a place is to get to, the more often I have the serenity of nature to myself. I seem to always be somewhere tropical, soaking up every ray of sunshine, swimming in the ocean, and basking in the humidity. I love intimate accommodations at boutique hotels or small inns with a reputation for service. Quaint digs, with a touch of luxury (sometimes more than a touch). I am passionate about packing light, and am forever a one-bag traveler.
